Salary: £138,000 – 138,000 per year
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience delivering training for SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation training
- Experience designing training strategies for large-scale ERP programmes
- A solid background in Train the Trainer methodologies
- Experience working with complex stakeholder environments
- Ideally within Local Government or wider public sector
- Ability to translate technical system processes into clear, accessible learning solutions
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the end-to-end SAP training strategy aligned to programme objectives
- Conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis using a Train the Trainer model
- Define the scale and scope of training across multiple user groups
- Design and coordinate role-based training for core SAP users across Finance, Exchequer, Purchase to Pay, HR, and Payroll
- Create training for self-service users including Requisitioners, Approvers, Line Managers, and Budget Holders
- Provide training to external stakeholders including schools and suppliers
- Work closely with Programme, Functional, and Business Leads to drive effective system adoption
- Oversee training governance, reporting, and readiness ahead of go-live
