Salary: £60,000 – 60,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong experience in process modelling
- Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Proven ability to define scope and manage requirements end-to-end
- Experience operating within complex, matrix organisations
- Background working in regulated environments (insurance or financial services desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Delivering business analysis across the full change lifecycle (ideation to implementation)
- Leading process modelling (As-Is / To-Be) and requirements definition
- Producing clear, high-level and detailed requirements documentation
- Ensuring full end-to-end traceability of requirements to delivered solutions
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Working closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects
- Supporting delivery teams across both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts
- Driving continuous improvement within the BA practice
