- Take the lead on contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders, including developing markup positions, negotiation arguments, and overall negotiation strategy.
- Work with colleagues in product and compliance to stay informed about product changes and developments in AI law and regulation, including issues that may arise from customers’ own sectors, and turn that knowledge into practical contract updates and negotiation guidance.
- Provide training and day-to-day support to the business on legal and compliance matters linked to AI, as well as on contract negotiation.
What the company is looking for
- A master’s degree in law is required, and bar admission would be an advantage.

- A commercially minded approach and the ability to support business goals.
- International experience would be beneficial.
- Adaptability and a willingness to keep learning as AI technology and the legal landscape continue to evolve.
- Ability to work effectively on your own and in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
