This role is a senior, customer-facing engineering position focused on delivering applied AI solutions directly with clients. What you will do
- Partner closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate those needs into working AI-enabled systems.
- Lead technical delivery in a forward-deployed capacity, helping shape solutions in real-world environments rather than only in a lab or internal setting.
- Own the path from discovery through implementation, making sure the final solution is dependable, usable, and aligned with the customer’s objectives.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, explaining design choices, implementation details, and progress in a way that is clear to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help build and adapt AI products and integrations so they can be applied to different customer scenarios and use cases.
What the role requires
- Senior-level engineering experience with the confidence to work independently and manage customer-facing technical work.
- A strong software engineering foundation, including the ability to design, develop, and deliver production-ready systems.
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations where requirements may evolve as customer needs become clearer.
- The ability to convert business requirements into technical plans and then execute those plans effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both engineering colleagues and client stakeholders.
- Interest in, or experience with, applied AI, machine learning, or building AI-powered products.
