- Experience working with multinational or global organisations, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders involved in decision-making.
- The ability to connect different technologies, services, and solution areas into a compelling proposition focused on customer outcomes.
- Strong commercial and technical understanding, with the confidence to lead early solution conversations and collaborate effectively with solution architects and technical specialists.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and international pursuit teams, bringing together internal stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
