  • Use a mix of existing organisational relationships, wider company connections, and your own network to help generate additional revenue.

What the company is looking for

  • Deep experience in the civil nuclear sector, potentially gained through work in engineering, construction, operations, commissioning, or decommissioning related to nuclear assets, facilities, or programmes.

  • Commercial judgement and the ability to understand how to grow business through relationships and market opportunities.
  • The ability to improve client outcomes by drawing on knowledge from the full civil nuclear lifecycle and other relevant sectors.
  • A track record of succeeding in a matrixed organisation and of gaining commitment from colleagues when selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build networks and work effectively both as a leader and as a colleague.
  • Confidence working in fast-paced, high-performing environments while maintaining excellent standards and setting an example for others.
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset and a willingness to work with leadership on both new and existing opportunities.
  • Capability as both a business leader and a people leader.
  • Experience level aligned to an experienced professional, with the role offered on a permanent basis.
