Partner Development Manager – French Speaking Overview

Company Name New Relic
Job Role Partner Development Manager – French Speaking
Qualifications Not Specified
Category General Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

This role sits within New Relic’s global observability organization and is focused on growing partner-led business in a specific territory. The position is designed for someone who can actively create demand, deepen partner engagement, and turn reseller and service-provider relationships into meaningful sources of revenue. The company is looking for a commercially driven person who can help expand its footprint while working with a platform that gives customers insight into complex systems and supports digital performance in an AI-first environment.

What the role involves

  • Build new partner-sourced pipeline and revenue by running targeted sales activity and using deal registrations to uncover and progress opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for activating value-added resellers and managed service providers so they move from passive relationships to active contributors to growth.
  • Strengthen and expand partner relationships so they become strategic, revenue-generating channels rather than relationships that exist only on paper.
  • Develop senior-level connections inside partner organizations and establish a visible presence that helps shift their sales focus toward New Relic.
  • Work with partners so they can source opportunities and also participate in direct sales motions where their technical expertise and added value can help advance deals.
  • Coordinate sales and technical enablement so partners become certified and are able to confidently explain and promote intelligent observability.
  • Coach internal sales teams and leadership on effective partner practices, helping create a stronger channel mindset and better collaboration across the business.
  • Use customer stories, detailed opportunity management, and hands-on deal support to drive engagement and help close business in an overlay sales capacity.
  • Place particular emphasis on partner development and growth with SCC, Atos, and Cap Gemini in France.

What the company is looking for

  • Professional-level fluency in both French and English.
  • A strong hunter profile: someone self-directed, urgent in approach, and comfortable operating in a high-growth setting.
  • A builder’s mindset, with enjoyment for creating structure and helping shape processes in a rapidly scaling business area.
  • The ability to communicate strategically and build effective working relationships with executives and senior stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • Resilience and a results-focused attitude, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines without losing momentum.
  • Strong storytelling and deal-making ability, including comfort with using customer examples and digging into opportunity details to support closing.
  • Direct, professional experience activating or managing sales partnerships with SCC, Atos, or Cap Gemini in France, based on the application questions and role focus.
  • Professional background in partner sales or channel management within software or SaaS, as the role is centered on SaaS-style partner activation and deal registration.

Working style and team environment

New Relic describes itself as a global team of innovators and pioneers focused on observability. The company emphasizes a mission-driven culture and says it values people who connect with its purpose and values, not only those who meet every checklist item. It also highlights its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and welcoming people from a wide range of backgrounds and career paths, including nontraditional ones.

The company says it operates with a flexible workforce model that can include office-based, remote, or hybrid working arrangements depending on what best supports success. The posting is marked as hybrid.

Hiring, eligibility, and compliance

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work for New Relic in the country where the role is based.
  • Identity and employment eligibility verification are required during the hiring process.
  • A criminal background check is part of the onboarding process.
  • Some roles may also require an export compliance assessment because of the company’s encryption software and U.S. export control obligations.
  • New Relic states that it will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in line with applicable law.
  • Recruitment agencies and headhunters are not permitted to submit resumes through the site or directly to managers unless they have a signed agreement with the company.
