Salary: $37,440 – 52,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably 1 year
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with support tools and techniques
- Knowledge of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
- Proficient typing skills while communicating on the phone
- Understanding of IT applications, software, and hardware
- Capability to adapt in a fast-paced IT environment
- Must clear an annual background check
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Clients through our helpdesk via various channels
- Provide Clients with a quick, friendly, and efficient service experience
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for Clients
- Deliver onsite support when remote assistance cannot solve the issue
- Utilize our Ticketing System to manage and resolve Helpdesk Tickets and Service Requests
- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes, resolutions, and Client interactions
- Supervise and record all work through our Ticketing System
- Ensure Client documentation is accurately maintained
- Assist teammates with open tickets and facilitate trouble resolution when possible
- Monitor the RMM dashboard and implement remediation actions as needed
- Participate in the delivery of project work when support is required by the Projects Team
- Communicate ticket statuses and inform Clients of any related changes or outages
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to balance workload and efficiently resolve tickets
- Adhere to security procedures and monitor for potential security issues
- Suggest improvements and contribute to the process of innovation
