Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining customer-facing systems
  • Profound knowledge in Salesforce backend development, including Apex, Flows, SOQL, and data architecture
  • Strong background in designing and utilizing Salesforce APIs and facilitating external integrations
  • Capability to approach challenges from an architectural and strategic perspective
  • Experience in supporting new or evolving platforms with undefined patterns and best practices
  • A clear understanding of how backend systems influence customer experience
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product and customer experience decisions through technical expertise
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus
  • Knowledge of Node.js or middleware services linking Salesforce with customer-facing applications is a bonus
  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing tools or event-driven architectures would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce backend systems that enhance customer interactions through various platforms

  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Marketing, and Operations teams to transform customer experience objectives into scalable solutions
  • Play a vital role in high-level decisions regarding scalability, reliability, and data integrity
