Salary: £109,440 – 116,160 per year
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working within government departments and a deep understanding of GDS.
- Ability to align designs with organisational goals and technical delivery capabilities.
- You must hold current, active SC Clearance to be considered for this position.
- A proven track record of using verified information to solve complex service problems.
Responsibilities:
- Create end-to-end services that meet diverse user needs and ensure accessibility across all touchpoints.
- Analyse dependencies and service ecosystems to provide visual, easy-to-understand artefacts.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, designing in the open to share knowledge across the wider design community.
- Advocate for inclusive design practices and support the development of long-term service strategies and roadmaps.
- Guide junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design profession.
