Salary: £50,000 – 70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Data center experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of asset governance and operational control
- Proficient in hardware and software asset management
- Experience with supplier hardware management platforms (e.g., Lenovo xClarity, Dell OEM tools, HPE Compute Ops Management)
- Knowledge of project management and financial oversight
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all hardware and software assets across test lab environments
- Oversee the full asset lifecycle, including allocation, reuse, and secure decommissioning
- Ensure all lab usage is linked to approved funding, projects, or Clarity demands
- Manage governance of environment and console access, ensuring permissions are approved, monitored, and removed when no longer required
- Act as the primary point of coordination between lab teams, delivery programmes, PMO, finance, and vendors
- Provide operational oversight and reporting to support audit, risk, and compliance requirements
- Apply and operate within established enterprise governance and control frameworks
- Maintain strong working knowledge of supplier hardware management platforms
