The position is centered on building and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns for Prime Video’s international original content slate, including titles similar to The Summer I Turned Pretty, Off Campus, and We Were Liars. It is a fast-moving, highly collaborative role that requires someone who can manage complex campaigns, work across multiple teams and markets, and keep execution moving from planning through launch and analysis.

What you will do

  • Lead international marketing campaigns for Global Originals from the earliest strategic planning stages through execution, performance reporting, and post-campaign analysis across several countries in Europe, Latin America, and Canada.
  • Guide and brief the teams responsible for creating and delivering campaign assets across production, Amazon-owned surfaces, advertising, social channels, creator partnerships, and paid media.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as senior leaders, studios, content teams, marketing colleagues, and public relations partners to align on priorities, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Prepare and present campaign materials for different audiences, using both written documents and presentation decks, and provide frequent updates to internal and external partners.
  • Partner with agencies, talent, production companies, and creators to bring campaigns to life in ways that feel genuine and culturally relevant in each market.
  • Track down and resolve issues that could slow delivery, escalate when needed, make practical trade-offs, and keep work on schedule.
  • Review campaign outcomes and share learnings from international activity so future work can be improved and creative standards can continue to rise.
  • Help shape the broader marketing approach for Prime Video’s international Global Originals slate.

What we are looking for

  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept through completion.
  • A proven ability to deliver work on time and within budget.
  • Strategic thinking that can balance long-term marketing direction with day-to-day campaign delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across time zones.
  • Experience working with large cross-functional groups such as product, synergy, advertising, public relations, and social teams, plus external creative agencies and production partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially when working with Global Originals teams across different regions.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify meaningful insights, and turn them into actionable improvements.
  • Experience developing brand marketing content.
  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to support assumptions, build forecasts, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Significant experience delivering integrated, audience-led marketing campaigns for entertainment properties or original productions.
  • Practical experience in content capture environments such as on-set shoots, marketing days, and press junkets, along with a strong eye for assets that are optimized for specific platforms.
  • Comfort working in complex stakeholder environments with close collaboration across studios, content, and leadership teams.
  • Experience working within, or alongside, in-house creative, production, and social teams at a major streaming platform or entertainment brand.
