What you will do

  • Use lead-generation and prospecting tools on a regular basis to find contacts and build accurate, well-targeted prospect lists. The tools mentioned include cold-calling resources, LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
  • Carry out sales development activity across email, phone, and social channels, using the available systems and platforms to reach new prospects.
  • Ask smart, focused questions that help identify and qualify the right decision-makers.
  • Build interest in Diligent’s offering and influence prospects to move forward in the sales process.
  • Set up meetings and demonstrations on account executives’ calendars and ensure all activity is properly logged in the CRM.
  • Work toward or exceed the business’s targets and key performance indicators.
  • Share useful techniques with colleagues that can help improve the performance of the wider team.
  • Take on other responsibilities when needed to support business priorities.

Working arrangement
