What you will do
- Take ownership of the CRM and marketing automation area, setting the direction for how customer and prospect messaging is planned and delivered.
- Create and manage automated journeys that help move people through the lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back activity.
- Handle the operational side of CRM campaigns, such as audience selection, campaign configuration, testing, launch, and ongoing tracking of results.
- Partner with colleagues across the business to turn commercial objectives into practical CRM and automation programmes.
- Apply customer data and campaign performance insights to strengthen targeting, improve personalisation, and increase marketing impact.
- Regularly assess current automations and CRM workflows to find ways to make them more effective, more efficient, and better for the customer experience.
