What you’ll be doing

You’ll join cyber meetings and explore how behaviour influences digital safety. Using psychology tools like nudge theory, positive reinforcement, and behavioural analysis, you’ll help shape events, communications, and support networks that make cyber security easy to understand and follow.

You’ll work with both office and field teams and present your insights to senior leaders in a clear, engaging way—making a real impact.


Data Analytics – You’ll work with operational data, such as energy flow, usage and voltage, as well as data associated with network equipment like cables, overhead lines and switchgear. Additionally, you will analyse business, financial, process and geospatial data using your data science skills to transform this information into valuable insights that inform business decisions and shape future strategies.

  • A 2:2 or above in Business Analysis, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Other Similar Degree.

Business Analyst – Relevant Degree: 2.2 Degree in Business Management, Business information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics.

What you’ll be doing

Data Protection: 2:2 or above in Law, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business/Management Information Systems.

What you’ll be doing

Get hands-on with data privacy, security, and compliance in the energy sector. You’ll help map and manage data, support incident response, and shape policies that protect critical information. From cloud migration to automation projects, you’ll work with teams across IT, legal, operations, and engineering—building real-world skills in a fast-moving digital space.


Digital – Relevant Degree: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Geographical Systems or similar.

You’ll learn to take on roles like software development, data analysis, systems management, and IT consulting.
