This role sits at the intersection of advisory work and hands-on operational support for Delivery Service Partners. The person in this position helps partner businesses grow and operate successful last-mile delivery operations within Amazon Logistics, while also acting as a trusted operating partner who can guide owners through challenges, performance expectations, and business decisions. The role is designed for someone who can influence strategy, improve execution, and strengthen the overall relationship between Amazon and its delivery partners.
The position supports both newly launched and established partner businesses. It involves helping new operations get off the ground, setting expectations for quality and performance, and then continuing to work with owners as their businesses mature. A major part of the job is identifying opportunities to create value, improving partner sentiment, and making sure each business is positioned for reliable capacity, strong compliance, safe operations, and high performance. The role also requires close collaboration with Regional On The Road managers, especially where planning responsibilities and execution responsibilities overlap or transition between teams.
In addition to advising individual partners, the role has a broader network-level remit. It includes helping remove operational, financial, and safety barriers, supporting the rollout of monitoring and enforcement policies, and building feedback loops between operational teams, partner businesses, and product and strategy groups. The Delivery Partner Manager is expected to act as the internal voice of DSPs, bringing partner concerns and insights into the wider Amazon Logistics organization and helping improve the experience for both partners and drivers.
