The operation has both âunder the roofâ and âon the roadâ elements: one side handles the processing and dispatch of products, while the other works with Amazon Flex delivery contractors. The environment is described as people-focused and supportive, with many sites operating around the clock and with a particular awareness of the needs of colleagues working overnight. The business also places emphasis on innovation, customer experience, and reducing its carbon footprint through technology and electric vehicles.
