This role sits within Prime Video’s transactional video business and focuses on building audience engagement and commercial growth for movie and television franchises. The position is part of a fast-moving streaming environment where the team works across launches, campaigns, promotions, and operational delivery for customers in Europe. The work combines partner management, promotional planning, analysis, and cross-functional coordination to help expand Prime Video’s transactional offering.

You would support both new and established film and TV franchises, helping to create customer-facing activity that drives engagement and business performance. The role involves close collaboration with studio partners as well as internal teams across vendor management, content acquisition, marketing, and operations. A major part of the job is making sure launches and promotions run smoothly, that content is visible and available when needed, and that the team can scale successful ideas across wider European and global operations.

What you will do

  • Develop a project charter with the studios you are assigned, setting out initiatives designed to attract customers and create value for both Prime Video and the studio partner.
  • Experiment with new concepts, refine them based on performance, and work with other brand specialists and managers to expand successful approaches across worldwide teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of priority partners, taking responsibility for daily coordination, troubleshooting, and finding ways to make the work scalable across Europe.
  • Plan promotional activity for major franchises, new releases, and catalogue titles in order to increase customer engagement across the studio’s full content portfolio.
  • Analyse results in depth, identify what is working, and recommend improvements and scaling opportunities for successful tests across Europe.
  • Work with the Content Operations team to ensure important titles are available to customers on time and presented with the correct visibility across all offer types.
  • Design and deliver promotions that appeal to customers, including recurring programmes such as Home Premiere and Prime Day, as well as initiatives tailored to individual titles or studios.
  • Carry out business-critical operational tasks that support the promotional calendar and missed-margin reporting, while also looking for ways to automate and simplify processes.
  • Produce reporting and additional insight for your assigned studios covering content performance, campaign results, and promotional performance.
  • Coordinate with studio contacts and internal stakeholders to support launches, campaigns, and promotions from planning through execution.
  • Help run the operational side of Prime Video’s transactional business in Europe.

What the role requires

  • Previous experience in vendor management.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at CEFR level C1.
  • Basic Excel capability, including navigation, mathematical functions, logical functions, and lookup functions.
  • Confidence solving complex problems using quantitative methods and turning analysis into practical, data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once while working to competing deadlines.
  • Intermediate Excel ability, including pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, data validation, multi-sheet workbooks with structured references, and combined formulas such as nested IF statements, SUMIFS, and INDEX/MATCH.
  • Basic SQL knowledge, including writing SELECT queries, filtering with WHERE clauses, sorting, grouping, and using aggregate functions such as COUNT, SUM, and AVG.
