Category IT Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

AWS is looking for an experienced analyst relations professional to lead its EMEA program. This role is responsible for shaping and running the regional AR strategy so that AWS can clearly communicate what sets its broad services portfolio apart across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The position sits within AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) and is based in London in an Amazon/AWS corporate office.

The work is centered on helping industry analysts understand AWS, its cloud computing platform, and its position as a leader in cloud and AI. The team engages analysts so they can better advise their clients on how cloud technology can transform their businesses, and this role plays a central part in that effort by turning technical and market information into clear, useful analyst messaging.

What you will do

  • Own the EMEA analyst relations program for AWS, defining the regional approach and executing the tactics needed to improve analyst awareness and strengthen perception of AWS.
  • Manage AWS’s visibility and performance in analyst evaluations, research coverage, recommendations, and related communications across the region.
  • Make sure AR assets such as research reports and evaluation materials are used effectively across AWS marketing and sales channels.
  • Run the core ongoing activities of the program, including analyst briefings, events, inquiry management, reporting, and other operational AR work.
  • Provide EMEA marketing and sales leaders with actionable insight, data, market intelligence, and competitive analysis that can inform business strategy.
  • Handle incoming requests for information, research reviews, customer references, event speakers, and analyst research support, making sure priorities are managed well.
  • Prepare presentations and coach AWS executives ahead of analyst interactions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on customer needs, available market evidence, and the business impact of the AR program.
  • Build productive relationships across the broader AR and AWS organization, collaborating across time zones and languages.
  • Keep pace with rapid product innovation and turn complex technical topics into a persuasive analyst story.

What the role is like

The EMEA AR lead will be expected to accelerate analyst education in the region, communicate AWS differentiators across the portfolio, and feed analyst insight back into the business so it can influence senior leadership and go-to-market strategy. The role requires a strong mix of relationship-building skills and technical understanding, along with the ability to work through a fast-moving hyperscaler landscape.

Success in the role depends on being able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, work independently through unclear problems, and collaborate effectively with many internal and external stakeholders. The position also offers the chance to innovate how AWS regional AR programs are run and how their results are measured.

About the team

The AWS Analyst Relations team supports AWS marketing’s goal of positioning AWS as a leader in AI. The team does this by educating IT industry analysts and giving them the information and context they need to provide useful insight, influential assets, and direct customer guidance to organizations choosing, using, and scaling with AWS.

This role reports to the Global Field Analyst Relations team, which focuses on turning analyst insight, analyst sentiment and share of voice, and strong regional research presence into competitive advantage for regional marketing and sales teams.

  • Ability to quickly grasp technically deep subjects and convert them into practical, actionable insight.
  • Experience delivering multiple collaborative projects and managing the operational side of programs in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Comfort with both long-term strategy and detailed execution, including the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Strong ability to influence and work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying market challenges and opportunities and connecting them to customer concerns and needs.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to build relationships across a large organization.
  • Background as a market research analyst, product manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the technology sector or an equivalent environment.
