- The ability to work independently, analyse issues carefully, and stay effective under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgement, initiative, and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- A strong sense of urgency, close attention to detail, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- The ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact with people at all levels of the organisation.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, goal-focused environment.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, practical, hands-on attitude.
- Experience as an immigration specialist in-house or at a corporate immigration or consultancy firm is preferred.
- Additional strengths that would be welcome include persistence, creativity in solving problems, experience handling difficult conversations, research ability, process documentation, data analysis, and problem resolution.
- The employer notes that the years-of-experience requirement is only a guide and that candidates who can demonstrate the right skills will still be considered.
