What you will do

  • Take responsibility for leading and developing the site learning team, including Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
  • Own the full training journey for associates and leaders at the site, from identifying needs through to planning, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Partner with other learning teams across Europe to share effective approaches and align on priorities.
  • Work with senior site leaders and Amazon’s central leadership group to plan, build, deliver, and assess training initiatives.
  • Identify where coaching or training can improve quality and productivity, then put the right support in place.
  • Provide leadership coaching through individual meetings and facilitated workshops, helping managers and leaders strengthen their coaching and management skills.
  • Use your understanding of the business to influence outcomes and ensure learning activity supports operational goals.
