This role sits within Deloitte Global Tax & Legal and focuses on leading change, communications, and adoption activity for the Intela platform. The position is part of the wider Enabling Functions business line and is designed for someone who can shape strategy, create clear and persuasive communications, support learning, and help local and global teams adopt the platform effectively across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do

  • Lead the adoption strategy for the Global Tax & Legal Intela platform, setting the direction for how the programme drives awareness, engagement, and long-term use.
  • Own and evolve the overall change and adoption approach for the Intela Tax platform, including the main adoption plan and quarterly spotlight updates.
  • Make sure every piece of collateral reflects an adoption-first mindset and supports the wider change strategy.
  • Provide strategic thinking and practical partnership to help move the programme forward more quickly and effectively.
  • Define, improve, and communicate adoption measures and data points that can be used to generate insight and guide action for Intela teams.
  • Shape the communications strategy, draft and publish important messages, and keep the programme narrative clear and positive.
  • Ensure Deloitte and Intela branding is aligned across all deliverables and that messaging is consistent for different audiences.
  • Support local Deloitte teams with templates, core content, and guidance so they can communicate confidently about Intela and answer questions from their own stakeholders.
  • Use global communication channels such as Teams, intranet content, meeting agendas, newsletters, and programme updates to build awareness, interest, and adoption.
  • Strengthen the connection between the global Intela programme team and local change, communication, and learning leads.
  • Plan and facilitate community-building activity, including the Intela Deployment & Enablement Community Connects, while sharing stories, templates, and practical examples.
  • Support the global programme team with change, communications, and collateral needs by refining playbooks, presentations, messaging, and supporting materials.
  • Apply change communications best practice to improve the narrative and keep all outputs aligned to the adoption strategy.
  • Track monthly metrics for change, communications, and collateral activity, then update the approach as the programme matures.
  • Work with the Learning Team to create a joined-up learning experience for Intela users and help shape the broader learning strategy using change and adoption insight.
  • Identify the learning needs of the Intela community and look for opportunities to improve the user learning experience.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to build learning into change management activity, including micro-learning and knowledge-sharing stories.
  • Handle project management planning for the Change and Adoption team, including schedules, effort estimates, and capacity planning.
  • Use project management methods to keep work on track and report status clearly.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to Intela leadership when needed.

What you need

  • Experience in organisational change management and/or communications, ideally with exposure to ERP systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong consulting skills, particularly in storyboarding, storytelling, working through ambiguity, and analysing information to reach sound conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
  • Strong presentation skills and a well-organised approach to work.
  • The ability to manage several activities at once.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfort working in a virtual environment.
  • Flexibility to support teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Preferred experience of using Deloitte’s organisational change management methodology on multiple projects.
  • Preferred experience of working in a global setting.
  • Preferred knowledge of Deloitte’s Tax service lines and market offerings.
  • Awareness that the role sits within Enabling Functions, where teams support the wider business across areas such as IT, HR, marketing, and other shared services.
  • Understanding that the role is subject to personal independence rules and audit-related controls, which may restrict certain financial interests and some employment relationships for you and members of your immediate family.
