About the team
The Quick Commerce team delivers ultra-fast convenience through a network of small warehouse locations in city centres, working with last-mile delivery partners to get products to customers in 30 minutes or less. The operation combines creative thinking and technology to fulfil urgent shopping needs, with a curated range of grocery items and Amazon essentials.
The operation has two main parts. The first is the warehouse-side team, where associates pick and pack orders quickly so the 30-minute delivery promise can be met. This part of the business runs with a people-first approach and includes morning and afternoon shifts, serving customers every day of the week. The second part is the delivery network, which mainly uses Amazon Flex delivery partners on e-bikes designed for fast urban delivery.
The team is focused on improving customer experience through innovation and sustainable delivery methods in dense urban areas, while maintaining strict standards for quality and food safety. It brings together Amazonâs retail and logistics strengths, drawing on the operational excellence of Fresh and AMZL. The environment is collaborative and encourages problem-solving and continuous improvement as the business works to reshape convenience shopping through rapid delivery.
What you need
- Professional experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced written and spoken ability in the local language, at a level equivalent to C1 on the CEFR scale.
- Experience using data analytics and performance measures to identify problems or improvement opportunities.
- Preferred experience, though not essential, in stakeholder management and in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Preferred experience, though not essential, in an operational environment such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Comfort working in a practical, on-the-ground role where you support teams directly and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and contribute to safe, high-quality, productive shift performance.
