The position is focused on building a secure, scalable, and insight-led People operation, with ownership of global governance, support for Workday strategy, leadership of cross-functional cycles, and a strong emphasis on automation and AI-enabled improvement.
The company is an experience intelligence platform used to understand digital customer journeys. It operates globally, with a presence across many offices worldwide, and emphasizes an inclusive culture where people can learn, contribute, and succeed. The organization also highlights a warning about recruitment scams: it does not request money from candidates or contact applicants through random text messages, and official communication from its internal Talent Acquisition team comes only from company email domains.

- Creating and maintaining alignment across global People processes in partnership with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership.
- Acting as a senior escalation contact for complex matters involving Workday, People Operations, and People data.
- Working with Audit, Legal, and Compliance to reinforce controls, maintain proper segregation of duties, and protect access to sensitive People information.

- Owning the governance and integrity of People data across the business so it remains accurate, consistent, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and AI use cases.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to create dashboards, reporting, and data tools that improve decision-making.
- Managing access requests for People data and ensuring that confidential information is appropriately protected.
- Leading major People cycles, including performance review and compensation review processes, across several People functions.
- Driving change management activity, including communications, documentation, and training, to support successful adoption of new Workday processes.

- Interest in automation, AI, and the evolving future of People Technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Confidence influencing colleagues across functions and at senior levels.
- A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational and Workday knowledge.
