What you will be doing

• Building and supporting embedded software solutions for a well-established business in the Bath area.
• Writing embedded code in C and applying strong low-level software engineering skills.
• Using scripting tools, with Python called out as especially useful.
• Working with embedded microcontrollers, particularly ARM devices and STM32-based platforms.
• Developing software that runs on real-time operating systems or directly on bare-metal hardware.
• Handling communication protocols as part of the embedded system design.
• Working alongside hardware and FPGA-related elements where needed.
• Contributing to products or systems that involve IoT and wireless technologies, including LoRaWAN.
• Taking on a senior-level role where your experience can have a visible and lasting impact.
