The work combines strategic consulting, hands-on technical problem solving, executive communication, and project leadership. You would help customers understand where the platform fits in their technology landscape and AI strategy, shape business cases and proof-of-value work, and ensure that the platform is used to address the customerâs most important challenges.

- Work with major enterprise accounts in the UK, helping them progress their transformation agendas through data, process intelligence, and AI.
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to make sure the platform is positioned effectively, deployed against the right priorities, and linked to clear business return.
- Convert customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value initiatives that demonstrate tangible impact.
- Advise customers on how the platform aligns with their current IT environment and broader AI strategy.
- Create persuasive business cases and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and stakeholder expectations.

- Share customer feedback and emerging use cases with internal product teams to help improve the platform and related applications.
- Manage several projects at once across different stages of the customer journey, keeping scope, expectations, and timelines on track.
- Work with partners from the wider ecosystem when that helps accelerate delivery or expansion.
