Responsibilities:

  • Create end-to-end services that meet diverse user needs and ensure accessibility across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse dependencies and service ecosystems to provide visual, easy-to-understand artefacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, designing in the open to share knowledge across the wider design community.
  • Advocate for inclusive design practices and support the development of long-term service strategies and roadmaps.
  • Guide junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design profession.
