- Helping to manage the product roadmap, prioritisation, and backlog refinement in collaboration with product owners, developers, architects, and quality assurance teams.
- Contributing to technical design and development activities by shaping back-end functionality, integrations, databases, and infrastructure.
- Working as the link between business and IT, using understanding of software architecture and back-end frameworks to align technical solutions with client goals and user needs.
- Supporting delivery from research and solution design through development, testing, and release, while keeping solutions robust, scalable, and aligned with best practice.

- Experience with data analysis, data modelling, and visualisation tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Willingness to work with database schemas and perform data tasks such as cleansing, transformation, and aggregation.
- Ability to support end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design through build, testing, and release.
- Ability to create, refine, and prioritise an agile backlog for technical implementation.
- Comfort working with different delivery methods, including Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
- Interest in helping grow team capability and contributing to a professional community.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments where priorities change and ambiguity is common.
Desirable experience and interests
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: public sector, utilities, financial services, consumer products, or retail.
