| Category | General Jobs |
| Job Type | Full Time |
| Location | London |
This role sits within the People Experience function and is focused on shaping a strong workplace experience for the EMEA region. The position is centered on Culture Amp’s London and Berlin offices, with the London site acting as the main base. It is a practical, people-focused role that combines office operations, employee experience, and event delivery. The aim is to keep the workplaces running smoothly while also creating an environment where employees feel welcomed, connected, and proud of where they work.
The role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can balance operational detail with a thoughtful approach to culture and community. You will be responsible for the everyday running of the regional offices, helping to create a workplace that is safe, compliant, and appealing. In parallel, you will design and deliver experiences that build belonging across the region, and you will serve as a key local contact for employees and leaders. Because the wider team is spread across time zones, the role also calls for independence, initiative, and the ability to manage priorities without close supervision.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the London and Berlin offices, ensuring both locations operate effectively and remain welcoming places to work.
- Oversee office operations, including repairs, maintenance, and coordination with external suppliers, while keeping relationships with landlords and building management productive.
- Make sure workplace practices align with local health, safety, and compliance expectations in each location.
- Plan and deliver a regular programme of events and shared experiences, both in person and in formats that work well for remote participation, to strengthen connection across EMEA.
- Act as the main local partner for employees and leaders in the region, helping to represent office needs and supporting regional workplace initiatives.
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions and requests, and manage support tickets in line with service expectations.
- Monitor and control spending against the regional budget, including handling invoices and expenses accurately and on time.
- Work proactively across a distributed team, identifying issues early, solving problems calmly, and keeping the workplace experience moving forward.
What you will bring
- Practical experience in facilities or office management, including responsibility for operations, maintenance, repairs, and supplier coordination in a busy workplace.
- Experience working with landlords and building management as part of office oversight.
- A strong track record of planning and delivering workplace events or engagement activities for teams that are not all in the same place.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with local leaders, employees, and colleagues in other functions such as People Experience, Internal Communications, and IT/Facilities.
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and solution-focused when dealing with competing demands or unexpected issues.
- Comfort working independently, setting priorities, and driving work forward without needing constant direction.
- A genuine commitment to creating spaces and moments where people feel they belong.
- Enthusiasm for both the practical side of workplace operations and the human side of employee experience.
- A positive, steady presence that helps the team stay grounded during busy periods.
- Availability to work from the office five days each week in London.
- Willingness to share minimum salary expectations as part of the application process.
- Ability to confirm whether you can meet the five-day office attendance requirement.
- Ability to answer whether you need visa sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom now or in the future.
Rewards and benefits
- Participation in the employee share option programme, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success.
- Access to learning resources and coaching to support your development.
- Quarterly refresh days and an extended break at the end of the year.
- A monthly allowance intended to support wellbeing and lifestyle needs.
- Parental leave available from the first day of employment.
- A MacBook and a budget to help set up a home workspace.
- Five paid social impact days each year to contribute to causes that matter to you.
- Medical insurance for you and your family for UK-based employees.
- A competitive salary and a broader rewards package designed to support different life stages and needs.
