You won\u2019t just deliver tickets \u2014 you\u2019ll help define <em>what<\/em> we build, <em>why<\/em> we build it, and <em>how<\/em> it delivers value.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and evolve core product capabilities, from concept through to production and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Our users are at the heart of everything we do so you\u2019ll also join our user research sessions with patients and healthcare teams \u2014 to deeply understand problems before jumping to solutions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product managers and designers to influence product direction, design, and technical approach<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver high-impact, complex features, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability<\/li>\n<li>Own the services you ship, with responsibility for reliability, performance, and ongoing iteration in production<\/li>\n<li>Drive technical product decisions as part of a cross-functional product team<\/li>\n<li>Act as a hands-on senior IC, while supporting and mentoring more junior engineers within your team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>We&#8217;d really like to hear from you, if &#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You have proven consistent success as a Senior Backend Engineer \/ Senior Product Engineer<\/li>\n<li>We work with C# (.Net core), so ideally you will have experience in C# or Java.
