In the role of Account Executive for Majors, you will be part of Vercel’s Enterprise sales team, which is composed of individuals who are technically adept, commercially savvy, and genuinely interested in the businesses they serve. You will manage a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts across key EMEA markets, driving new revenue and expanding the platform’s reach. This position requires collaboration with Solutions Engineers, Partner Managers, and various stakeholders within Vercel to introduce our platform to ambitious digital enterprises.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

  • Develop and execute long-term account plans for a select group of major enterprise clients, integrating partnerships with hyperscalers and system integrators from the beginning.<\/li>\n
  • Drive new revenue through proactive outreach, thorough discovery, and multi-threaded deal execution involving various departments including engineering and legal.<\/li>\n
  • Translate the benefits of Vercel’s platform into compelling narratives for board-level discussions, focusing on developer efficiency and AI-driven transformation.<\/li>\n
  • Manage complex negotiations to establish Vercel as a strategic partner in your clients’ infrastructure planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/h3>\n

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a successful track record of closing significant deals.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in partner-influenced sales, effectively utilizing relationships with hyperscalers or system integrators.<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in English and relevant local languages, with the ability to engage with technical and financial executives.<\/li>\n
    • Strong account planning skills, capable of building executive relationships and managing complex accounts for sustained revenue growth.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and a commitment to maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to hold informed technical discussions with senior engineering and product leaders.<\/li>\n
    • A value-based selling approach that focuses on business outcomes and customer pain points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/h3>\n

      • Background in web development, developer tools, web infrastructure, or AI\/ML.<\/li>\n
      • Existing relationships with AWS, GCP, Azure, or major system integrators in the UK and Northern Europe.<\/li>\n

      • Sales experience in media, retail, financial services, or digital-native sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
