Zscaler is seeking a Sales Regional Director for the Public Sector to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role involves reporting to the RVP of Public Sector Sales and managing a team of Account Executives across the UK.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of a high-performing sales team while promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.<\/li>\n
  • Address customer challenges by effectively communicating Zscaler’s unique value proposition.<\/li>\n
  • Provide accurate business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, while also creating development plans for each sales representative.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with various departments including Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation to drive sales initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners, developing joint plans, generating sales pipeline, and ensuring opportunities are successfully closed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with partners such as VARs and distribution.<\/li>\n
    • Experience selling to Public Sector accounts in the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
