Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance our security capabilities. This hands-on role will involve designing, building, and evolving our IAM architecture, ensuring secure access across the organization.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  • Own and evolve Deliveroo\u00e2\u0080\u0099s IAM architecture across various identity providers and governance tools.<\/li>\n
  • Design scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.<\/li>\n
  • Drive improvements in access governance processes and lead technical integrations.<\/li>\n
  • Develop best practices for IAM and create automation to enhance security.<\/li>\n
  • Build middleware solutions and self-service capabilities for business teams.<\/li>\n
  • Embed IAM controls into CI\/CD pipelines and cloud environments.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor engineers in secure design practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • 5+ years of experience in software or security engineering with hands-on technical depth.<\/li>\n
    • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in designing IAM systems in cloud-first environments.<\/li>\n
    • Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with identity governance platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of cloud IAM principles.<\/li>\n
