This role sits within Amazon Payment Products and focuses on expanding the Shop With Points program across Europe. What you will do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Set the roadmap and execution approach for onboarding new Shop With Points partners in European marketplaces, including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and other countries as the program grows.<\/li>\n
  • Take full ownership of each partner launch, managing the process from commercial agreement through technical integration, testing, compliance review, and go-live.<\/li>\n
  • Act as the central product lead for partner integrations, making sure internal Amazon teams and external partners stay aligned on goals, milestones, risks, and dependencies.<\/li>\n
  • Build a launch framework that can be reused for future partners, including the processes, tools, and documentation needed to shorten launch timelines and improve consistency.<\/li>\n
  • Partner closely with engineering, business development, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams across North America and Europe to remove obstacles and keep delivery on track.<\/li>\n
  • Work with legal and compliance specialists to ensure each launch meets applicable European financial-services and privacy requirements, including PSD2 and GDPR-related obligations.<\/li>\n
  • Define and monitor launch performance measures such as activation, points redemption activity, and contribution to gross merchandise sales, then share status and results with leadership.<\/li>\n
  • Bring European market knowledge, partner pipeline input, and competitive insights into the broader global Shop With Points strategy and three-year planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What we are looking for<\/h3>\n

    • Several years of experience in product management or technical program management.<\/li>\n
    • Experience leading third-party vendors or cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases, ideally across engineering, operations, and field execution.<\/li>\n
    • Strong ability to influence teams and stakeholders outside your direct reporting line.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
    • A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred background in building launch-readiness models, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment approaches across multiple launches at once.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred MBA or other advanced degree.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or loyalty and rewards products.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred familiarity with European regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, Open Banking, and GDPR.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred experience launching products in European markets.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred experience working with aggregator or platform integration models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
