What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Own the operational backbone for Prime Video subscription offers, plans, and lifecycle management, ensuring strategy is translated into action.<\/li>\n
  • Lead important strategic programs from concept through execution, with clear milestones, mechanisms, and delivery plans.<\/li>\n
  • Improve the customer experience for digital subscriptions within Prime Video by helping build new and innovative engagement models.<\/li>\n
  • Use AI and automation to simplify workflows, increase efficiency, and support scale as the business grows internationally.<\/li>\n
  • Develop a strong understanding of Prime Video customers, including both existing subscribers and potential future customers.<\/li>\n
  • Create strategy documents and standard operating procedures that support growth priorities such as expanding offers and managing lifecycle migrations.<\/li>\n
  • Study the digital video market, monitor competitors, and stay current on industry trends that may affect the business.<\/li>\n
  • Convert broad business goals into specific programs, workstreams, and delivery milestones.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and business teams to bring initiatives to market.<\/li>\n
  • Keep roadmaps and activities aligned with short-term and long-term business objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Run recurring management processes such as CPRs and defect triage to keep initiatives moving and to surface trade-offs for decision-making.<\/li>\n
  • Work with finance, product, and technology partners to scope, size, and prioritize roadmap initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, manage escalations, and ensure teams remain accountable to deliverables and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
