What you will do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Support the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware as part of a collaborative product development team.<\/li>\n
  • Work across the full lifecycle of the product, contributing from initial ideas and design work through to testing, manufacturing, and customer deployment.<\/li>\n
  • Create analogue and digital circuit designs for innovative electronic solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Carry out schematic capture and PCB layout tasks using Altium Designer.<\/li>\n
  • Use simulation and verification methods to check and refine circuit designs.<\/li>\n
  • Bring up new hardware, diagnose faults, and validate that designs operate as intended.<\/li>\n
  • Build prototypes, complete soldering work, and make hardware changes or modifications when required.<\/li>\n
  • Work with common communication standards and interfaces including CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, and Ethernet.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with products during development, manufacturing, and ongoing improvement activities.<\/li>\n
  • Investigate failures, identify root causes, and help resolve technical issues.<\/li>\n
  • Provide support to manufacturing teams and contribute ideas for continuous product improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and systems engineers to deliver products for customers in global markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a similar discipline.<\/li>\n
    • Roughly two years of commercial experience in electronics engineering.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience designing analogue electronic circuits.<\/li>\n
    • PCB design and layout experience using Altium Designer.<\/li>\n
    • Strong practical ability in hardware debugging and testing.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analysers.<\/li>\n
    • Experience bringing up new hardware and troubleshooting design issues.<\/li>\n
    • A solid understanding of product development processes.<\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to investigation and fault finding.<\/li>\n
    • Desirable experience with STM32 microcontrollers.<\/li>\n
    • Desirable exposure to embedded software development.<\/li>\n
    • Desirable knowledge of EMC design and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Desirable experience in safety-critical or regulated product environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
