    • Several years of experience in electronic design, ideally in the range of four to seven years.<\/li>\n
    • Strong practical knowledge of schematic capture and PCB design.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working on commercial or industrial hardware products.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with professional ECAD software such as Altium, Cadence, or similar packages.<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of component selection, bills of materials, and the engineering trade-offs that affect design decisions.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence in explaining technical concepts clearly to other engineers.<\/li>\n
    • A curious and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn new software tools and ways of working.<\/li>\n
