What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Run the quarterly process for setting goals and governing quotas for EMEA Large Customer Sales, ensuring the resulting sales targets support ambitious business plans.<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of the quota models and related frameworks, improving them over time so they remain robust, data-led, and useful for decision-making.<\/li>\n
  • Support the adoption of AI in the quota-setting workflow, helping transform the process so it creates more value for the business.<\/li>\n
  • Help move quota setting from a market-by-market structure to a centralized approach across EMEA clusters, creating a more unified and analytical operating model.<\/li>\n
  • Automate baseline quota allocation where possible so that Finance and Sales spend less time on manual work while maintaining strong accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n
  • Work with very large and complex datasets to produce target recommendations and analysis for executive-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Build and apply data guardrails, then conduct detailed performance analysis to compare model outputs with actual results and assess how well the models are working.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a main link between Finance and Sales leadership, partnering with Finance leaders to align on and finalize quota decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What the role requires<\/h3>\n

    • A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative subject, or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n
    • At least four years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or a similar function, unless you hold an advanced degree.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle FP&A responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling in a multinational environment.<\/li>\n
    • Programming experience, with SQL given as an example.<\/li>\n
    • Experience building data infrastructure, such as designing systems, creating data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring, and delivering reporting tools.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to create strategies in changing environments and use sound judgment when deciding how to allocate resources to achieve the right business outcome.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical ability, including the capacity to work with data, influence decisions through numerical analysis, and turn findings into insights.<\/li>\n
    • A sense of ownership, confidence working with people at all levels, the ability to set objectives and drive results, and a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with many different teams and departments.<\/li>\n
