The role is part of a broader organization that develops and activates go-to-market plans across product areas, and the regional practice function serves as the execution layer that drives the largest market opportunities, tracks performance, and helps the business stay on course toward its financial plan.<\/p>\n<p>In this position, you would act as the regional leader for the AI practice area, owning the end-to-end application of the practice\u00e2\u0080\u0099s go-to-market plan in your region. The work is centered on helping Google Cloud customers adopt and benefit from enterprise-grade cloud and AI solutions, while also making sure the regional field organization is aligned, informed, and able to execute effectively.<\/p>\n<h3>What you will do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the regional application of AI go-to-market plans by coordinating work across enablement, marketing, partners, services, and other relevant teams.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the global practice lead and the regional GTM practice leader to sharpen the strategy and execution plan, using regional results and market signals to guide improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive measurable engagement from the field around GTM plays, ensuring adoption increases through enablement activities and that execution supports financial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze the most important performance indicators and success metrics for GTM initiatives, then translate those findings into guidance for regional sales leaders and global practice partners.<\/li>\n<li>Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews for AI, communicate progress on initiatives, and help maintain a continuous loop of feedback and adjustment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Google Cloud says about the team and mission<\/h3>\n<p>Google Cloud supports organizations of all sizes in building, modernizing, and scaling their businesses with cloud technology. As the AI GTM lead, you are expected to be the regional owner of that practice area and to ensure the plan is successfully applied end to end.<\/p>\n<h3>Minimum qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least 15 years of consulting experience in business transformation and technology strategy, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs for enterprise organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing a team through sales operations and career development, including account mapping, quota setting, quarterly and annual performance management, and handling sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with data to identify trends, interpret results, and generate insights.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating cloud business cases and total cost of ownership analyses that connect technology costs to business value metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build strong relationships, and move talent and ideas between teams to support broader goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn and apply new and emerging technologies, methods, and solutions in cloud and IT environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation and benefits<\/h3>\n<p>Pay is determined by location and by factors such as relevant skills, experience, and education or training.
