This role sits within Google\u00e2\u0080\u0099s technical solutions organization and focuses on supporting the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s advertising and product partnership work for mobile app and gaming-related clients. The position is centered on helping external partners succeed by combining technical depth, product understanding, and cross-functional coordination. The work spans solution design, implementation support, troubleshooting, process improvement, and strategic feedback into internal product and go-to-market planning.<\/p>\n

In this role, you would act as a technical advisor for major advertising customers and\/or product partners, helping shape how Google\u00e2\u0080\u0099s platforms are used in practice. You would work closely with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to turn partner needs into workable technical approaches. The job involves balancing business goals with technical realities, creating scalable support mechanisms, and helping improve the way Google\u00e2\u0080\u0099s products are adopted and used across the EMEA region.<\/p>\n

What you would do<\/h3>\n

  • Develop strong knowledge of the mobile advertising and app monetization ecosystem so you can design practical solutions and implementation approaches for partners.<\/li>\n
  • Own technical engagement with mobile app developers and connect Google\u00e2\u0080\u0099s product set to their business objectives in ways that support growth and deeper engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate technical work across internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Go-to-Market, to deliver partner-facing solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Manage technical escalations from customers and business stakeholders, then create tools, documentation, and repeatable workflows that improve support at scale across EMEA.<\/li>\n
  • Identify better ways of working, introduce best practices, and streamline business processes to accelerate product adoption and create a repeatable model for partner success.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a feedback channel between the market and internal product teams, bringing partner insights into strategy, design, and prioritization discussions.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the technical execution and business operations of Google\u00e2\u0080\u0099s advertising platforms and partnership programs from early concept and testing through analysis and ongoing support.<\/li>\n
  • Help design innovative solutions that respect technical constraints while meeting partner and business needs, and serve as a trusted consultant to the people you support.<\/li>\n

    • Hands-on experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<\/li>\n

    • Preferred experience using SQL.<\/li>\n

    • Preferred ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders and external partners.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including experience resolving customer-facing issues at the code level or within broader system implementations.<\/li>\n
    • This is an early-career role, suited to someone who can complete assigned work with guidance and collaborate closely with teammates while continuing to build expertise.<\/li>\n

      Compensation and other details<\/h3>\n
