This role is for an experienced SAP Quality Management consultant who can lead complex client engagements from the earliest stages of process analysis and issue definition through solution design, build, deployment, and rollout. What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Lead the full consulting effort for assigned engagements, starting with business process analysis and problem definition and continuing through solution design, development, deployment, and rollout.<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the key person for clarifying the business problem, identifying the right solution path, and directing teams on delivery approach, milestones, and outputs.<\/li>\n
  • Provide expert input during architecture and design reviews, using your SAP QM knowledge to influence solution quality and consistency.<\/li>\n
  • Support business pursuit work, client training sessions, and internal capability-building initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Design and oversee end-to-end SAP S\/4HANA QM implementations, including inspection planning, results recording, usage decisions, and quality notifications.<\/li>\n
  • Configure and optimize core QM transactions such as QA11, QA12, QA32, and QA33, including selection screens, ALV layouts, and table-control behavior.<\/li>\n
  • Own global QM template objects and ensure they follow agreed naming standards, rollout rules, and governance requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Manage quality-related batch processes, including batch status handling, expired batch scenarios, and stock-type alignment through enhancements and background jobs.<\/li>\n
  • Define WRICEF requirements and prepare functional specifications for QM developments such as batch automation, job notifications, and inspection-lot controls.<\/li>\n
  • Improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies, defining validation logic, and enabling controlled correction or deletion mechanisms.<\/li>\n
  • Define and validate reporting needs, including chain-of-custody tracking and event-based reporting with timestamps, user information, and movement data.<\/li>\n
  • Specify Fiori app requirements and help ensure the resulting solutions are usable, efficient, and adopted by end users.<\/li>\n
  • Work with security teams to ensure access is properly role-based and to resolve authorization issues.<\/li>\n
  • Make sure the solution remains aligned with global template standards and integrates cleanly with MM, PP, and SD.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to presales and consulting activities by advising clients, articulating value, and helping define future roadmaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you need<\/h3>\n

    • Strong SAP experience with deep functional expertise in SAP QM; S\/4HANA experience is preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Thorough knowledge of inspection processing, batch management, quality notifications, and QM reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Proven delivery experience in full end-to-end QM implementations and global rollout programs.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with global template governance and standardization.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to define WRICEF objects and write clear functional specifications.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.<\/li>\n
    • High-level awareness of SAP S\/4 EWM, including technical direction and roadmap understanding.<\/li>\n
    • Exposure to LIMS or other external quality systems is an advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user-experience principles is preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of audit, compliance, and data-governance frameworks is desirable.<\/li>\n
    • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to produce business blueprint documents, functional design documents, SOPs, and training materials.<\/li>\n
    • Structured analytical thinking and a disciplined approach to defect and issue management.<\/li>\n
    • Consultative mindset with the ability to advise clients, explain business value, and help shape solution roadmaps.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with delivery tools such as Solution Manager, JIRA\/ALM, and ChaRM is helpful.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, globally distributed delivery environment.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical ability, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality focus, and strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
