  • Identify where coaching or training can improve quality and productivity, then put the right support in place.<\/li>\n
  • Provide leadership coaching through individual meetings and facilitated workshops, helping managers and leaders strengthen their coaching and management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Use your understanding of the business to influence outcomes and ensure learning activity supports operational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
