  • Work alongside the Shift or Area Manager on projects aimed at improving processes, strengthening safety, and increasing employee engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with other departments to solve recurring issues or provide support where performance needs attention.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse data and operational metrics to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.<\/li>\n
  • Act as the first contact for team members during the shift and help them follow the procedures and priorities set by management.<\/li>\n
  • Support pre-shift briefings, check that safety and quality standards are being followed, and help the team stay focused on the day\u00e2\u0080\u0099s plan.<\/li>\n
  • Raise problems to your manager when needed, and at times step in as the most senior person on shift to give direction and keep work moving.<\/li>\n
