This role is for an experienced cloud technologist who can combine deep technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong relationship-building skills to help shape the cloud strategy for a major global enterprise customer. The position sits within AWS and focuses on guiding a complex customer environment toward modern cloud adoption, advanced architecture, and AI-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will be expected to work confidently with senior business leaders and technical architects, turning business challenges into practical, scalable cloud solutions.<\/p>\n

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to the customer, helping define technology direction in a highly complex and multi-faceted setting. A major part of the job is building strong relationships with both executive stakeholders and cloud architects, so that you can support them as advocates for cloud-first thinking. You will help the customer modernize enterprise workloads, adopt cloud best practices, and introduce leading-edge technologies that move them toward becoming an AI-enabled enterprise.<\/p>\n

You will also work closely with other AWS teams to design cloud architectures that are highly scalable, flexible, and resilient. These solutions should directly address customer business problems while also encouraging broader adoption of AWS services. Working alongside the sales team, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth across a wide range of technologies. The role requires the ability to connect technical decisions to measurable business value and to explain clearly how proposed solutions solve strategic business challenges.<\/p>\n

    Experience and qualifications<\/h3>\n

    • You should bring at least 8 years of experience in one or more technical areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.<\/li>\n
    • You should have at least 3 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting work involving applications and infrastructure.<\/li>\n
    • You should have at least 10 years of experience in IT development or implementation\/consulting within software or internet-focused industries.<\/li>\n
    • You need the ability to think strategically about business issues and explain how technical solutions address those issues.<\/li>\n
    • You should be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and clients.<\/li>\n
