The team acts as the technical link between Amazon Connect customers and the service teams creating the next generation of AI-driven contact center capabilities. It works at the leading edge of agentic AI adoption and helps customers become production-ready with Amazon Connect\u00e2\u0080\u0099s advanced AI features.<\/p>\n<p>Specialist Solutions Architects are deeply technical professionals with strong expertise in a specific domain. In this role, you would support customers facing complex challenges that require advanced knowledge and practical architectural guidance. The work involves designing scalable, flexible, and resilient technical solutions, whether that means helping a customer modernize an existing application or shaping a new cloud-based system from the ground up.<\/p>\n<h3>What you would do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead customer conversations as a trusted advisor, uncovering business needs, reviewing the current contact center environment, assessing AI readiness, and helping customers technically validate Amazon Connect.<\/li>\n<li>Design agentic AI solutions for Amazon Connect, including creating AI agents, developing prompts, selecting models, configuring guardrails, and connecting tools, actions, and agent-to-agent integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the customer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s voice inside AWS by sharing feedback with product teams so it can inform future capabilities and roadmap decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Bring advanced technical expertise to domain-aligned go-to-market teams so they can remove obstacles for customers dealing with their most important and difficult challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a thought leader by producing external-facing content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and reference architectures, and by presenting at events including AWS Summit and AWS re:Invent.<\/li>\n<li>Work with business development teams to shape the technical components of high-quality go-to-market concepts, solutions, and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Help build and maintain a global internal network of technical experts, and create and deliver enablement content for the wider Solutions Architect community focused on Amazon Connect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team context<\/h3>\n<p>The Amazon Connect Specialist Solutions Architects team is made up of experts in customer experience and enterprise contact center technology. Team members work directly with customers to solve highly complex problems and stay closely connected to customer needs. Insights gathered from those engagements are used to strengthen the product roadmap.
