The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong commercial relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping customers adopt and extend the value of Showpad across their organisations.<\/p>\n<h3>What you will do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and grow a selected set of high-value enterprise accounts, with a focus on accelerating revenue from those customers.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to increase account value through upselling, cross-selling, and broader expansion activity.<\/li>\n<li>Create a reliable flow of qualified opportunities by using a wide mix of prospecting approaches, including account research, networking, cross-sell motions, cold outreach, events, and partnership channels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear, timely, and accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Set up meetings with the right stakeholders and decision-makers to demonstrate the value of sales enablement and the strengths of the Showpad platform.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of strong sales collateral that can be used in account-based marketing activity tailored to individual customers.<\/li>\n<li>Shape and manage a lead-generation plan that can be executed and nurtured by a dedicated business development representative.<\/li>\n<li>Build account plans and strategic account maps for each priority customer.<\/li>\n<li>Work with clients to increase adoption of Showpad across their wider business through joint events, marketing initiatives, community calls, and similar activities.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements in a way that supports the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s commercial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Make effective use of internal resources to support the sales process and account growth.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate indirectly with technical, customer success, and other account support resources to help deliver results.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams so the organisation has a full understanding of customer needs and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and communicate market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor activity, customer demand, changes in buying behaviour, and other relevant insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How success will be measured<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Quarterly and annual revenue performance, including both forecasted and achieved results.<\/li>\n<li>The quality and value of leads and opportunities generated.<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction indicators such as feedback and contract renewal outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>How much the role contributes to the wider effectiveness of sales, marketing, and service delivery through idea generation, participation, reporting, and a commitment to continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we are looking for<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least four years of experience selling software solutions.<\/li>\n<li>A strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including more than three years of proven target achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Degree-level education, along with strong verbal and numerical skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to present confidently and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong capability in negotiation and closing deals.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading and winning RFP processes.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to take ownership of work, set personal goals, and prioritise effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience taking accounts from initial setup through to account and operational management.<\/li>\n<li>A demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional teams made up of different skill sets, including presales, customer success, project management, product management, and operational support.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to help deliver organisational and team goals in a collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working with a distributed, international team and management structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Working arrangement<\/h3>\n<p>This position is based in London and follows a hybrid model, with two days each week spent in the office.
