This opportunity is for an experienced manufacturing professional to join a fast-moving and inventive engineering team in Hampshire. The role is centred on making sure products are built efficiently, repeatably, and in line with the required technical and commercial standards. What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Build, improve, and support manufacturing methods that help the business produce high-quality products efficiently.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure production output follows the latest procedures and uses the most appropriate technologies for the job.<\/li>\n
  • Work through manufacturing faults and process issues that may involve electronics, software, or mechanical components.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in continuous improvement activity across the manufacturing area, helping to raise consistency and performance.<\/li>\n
  • Adjust and interpret software-based tools, including Python and AutoIt, so they can be used effectively in manufacturing support tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Use database systems to handle production information and turn that data into useful insight for the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • A proven record of diagnosing difficult manufacturing problems and putting effective solutions in place.<\/li>\n

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work across multiple technical disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
