An innovative and fast-expanding company in Cambridge is looking to add to its mechanical engineering function. The role sits within a supportive engineering environment and involves close collaboration with teams across engineering and manufacturing to help develop products that are both high quality and suitable for efficient production.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/h3>\n

  • Create mechanical parts, subassemblies, and full assemblies for both new product development and improvements to existing products.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings for use in prototype builds and for manufacture at volume.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with prototype assembly and hands-on build activities during development stages.<\/li>\n
  • Write and maintain technical build documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.<\/li>\n
  • Work alongside cross-functional colleagues in engineering and manufacturing to contribute to the delivery of well-designed, manufacturable products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
