The position works under the guidance of the Enablement and Adoption Leader and is intended to help shape how the platform is adopted across global and local teams, with a strong emphasis on clear messaging, stakeholder engagement, learning support, and practical delivery discipline.<\/p>\n<h3>What you will do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the strategy for adoption of the Global Tax &amp; Legal Intela platform, making sure the approach supports successful rollout and long-term use.<\/li>\n<li>Own the overall change and adoption plan for the Intela Tax platform, including the main adoption approach and the quarterly adoption spotlight activity.<\/li>\n<li>Build an adoption mindset into all supporting materials so that every piece of collateral helps encourage engagement and use of the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic thinking and partnership that helps move the program forward more quickly and with stronger alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, communicate, and refine adoption measures and data points that can be used to generate insight and drive action for Intela teams.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the communications strategy for the program, including drafting, refining, and publishing important updates and announcements.<\/li>\n<li>Align Intela branding with Deloitte branding across all deliverables so that the program presents a consistent and professional identity.<\/li>\n<li>Position the Intela story positively for different stakeholder groups and help local Deloitte teams communicate the platform effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Give local teams practical support through templates, core content, and guidance for their own communications, while also answering questions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Use global communication channels such as Teams, intranet content, meeting agendas, newsletters, and other program touchpoints to build awareness, interest, and adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong community between the global Intela program team and local change, communication, and learning leads.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and run community-building events, including the Intela Deployment &amp; Enablement Community Connects, and use these sessions to share stories, templates, and best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Support the global program team with change, communications, and collateral needs by improving playbooks, presentations, messaging, and related materials.<\/li>\n<li>Apply change communications best practice to strengthen the narrative and keep the adoption strategy central to all outputs.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and publish key communications for the program and its leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Track monthly metrics for change, communications, and collateral activity, then update the approach as the program matures.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Learning Team to create a joined-up learning experience for Intela users.<\/li>\n<li>Provide change and adoption analysis to help shape the wider learning strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the learning needs of the Intela community and identify opportunities to improve the learning journey.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with subject matter experts to bring learning into change management activity, including micro-learning and knowledge-sharing stories.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project planning for the Change and Adoption team, including timelines, effort estimates, and capacity planning for deliverables and ad hoc work.<\/li>\n<li>Use project management methods to keep work on schedule and report status clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to Intela leadership when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you need<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in organizational change management and\/or communications, ideally with exposure to an ERP environment.<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong consulting skills, especially the ability to build storyboards and narratives, work through ambiguity, and analyze information to reach sound conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication ability.<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills and good organizational capability.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to manage several activities at once.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working in a virtual setting.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work across different time zones.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred experience working on multiple projects using Deloitte\u00e2\u0080\u0099s organizational change management methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred experience in a global environment.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred knowledge of Deloitte\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Tax service lines and market offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Working style and environment<\/h3>\n<p>The role is based in a UK office and follows a hybrid working model.
