Ping Identity is looking for a Product Manager to guide the next stage of its Identity for AI solution, a strategic product effort focused on securing and enabling agentic AI. This role sits at the center of a high-priority initiative that is already in market and gaining traction with enterprise customers around the world. The person in this position will help define how AI agents safely access resources and will influence the product capabilities that become foundational to Ping\u00e2\u0080\u0099s platform in the AI era.<\/p>\n

You will work closely with product, engineering, sales, and go-to-market partners to deliver features that solve real customer problems. The role is part of Ping Identity\u00e2\u0080\u0099s global go-to-market strategy and reports to the Group Product Manager for Identity for AI. In practice, you will help turn strategy into execution by shaping requirements, maintaining the roadmap and backlog, and ensuring the product direction is translated into customer value. You will also act as the customer voice for engineering while giving the field teams product expertise and guidance on use cases. Ping also expects this role to use AI tools to improve product management work itself, from research and analysis to documentation, prioritization, and communication.<\/p>\n

What you will be responsible for<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Driving the growth of Identity for AI by identifying and ranking the features and capabilities that should be built next, while helping shape and carry out the product strategy.<\/li>\n
  • Collecting and combining feedback from customers, prospects, partners, and the broader market to understand real-world scenarios, technical needs, pain points, and gaps in the current offering.<\/li>\n
  • Helping ensure the product fits the market by uncovering unmet needs and translating them into clear product direction.<\/li>\n
  • Contributing directly to product planning and communicating feature priorities to engineering in a way that supports execution.<\/li>\n
  • Writing technical requirements and working side by side with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to create, launch, and improve features that are polished and valuable to customers.<\/li>\n
  • Studying the market to identify trends, strategic requirements, new protocols and frameworks, and competitive threats that should influence the roadmap.<\/li>\n
  • Building deep expertise in Identity for AI so you can support Ping\u00e2\u0080\u0099s sales and solution engineering teams and help expand awareness and adoption of the solution both inside and outside the company.<\/li>\n
  • Using AI-enabled tools and workflows to increase speed and effectiveness across research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and collaboration with other teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you will need to bring<\/h3>\n

    • Background in cloud computing, either from product management or engineering.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of identity and access management, zero trust approaches, and identity standards and technologies.<\/li>\n
    • Practical, hands-on experience with AI frameworks and deploying them at scale.<\/li>\n
    • Experience designing product experiences for developers and IT administrators.<\/li>\n
    • Prior success taking a product from zero to one, with comfort working in emerging, fast-moving, and still-developing areas.<\/li>\n
    • Experience managing the full product development lifecycle and consistently delivering high-quality releases.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence discussing product capabilities and market relevance with end users, partners, engineers, and analysts.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to turn technical and market information into clear recommendations and roadmaps, and to present and defend those recommendations to different audiences.<\/li>\n
    • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to solve technical problems by coordinating across teams and driving shared ownership and accountability.<\/li>\n
    • A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the habit of taking initiative, moving work forward without waiting for direction, and being accountable for outcomes.<\/li>\n
    • Creativity and enthusiasm for improving efficiency through AI, whether through workflows, tools, or automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
